OUR STORY

Fabiola’s Tamales may be a young business, but our roots run more than 20 years deep. After many years working for another business, we decided to start our own path as a family, guided by the experience of Gricelda, Agustín, German, and Joana and now supported by our small team.

Everything we make is crafted by hand - starting with preparing our own nixtamal, bringing our corn husks all the way from Jalisco, Mexico and creating our sauces with Agustín’s careful touch.

The dough is prepared by Germán, and Gricelda lovingly shapes each tamale by hand. Every tamale we make is filled with heritage, care, and the desire to share a piece of our story with you. We cherish every step of this process, and we’re grateful to reach you, sharing the flavors and traditions that have been passed down through our family.
